We are also proud members of Global Mobile Entertainers Association which consists of a network of other wedding Disc Jockey professionals across the United States headed by Art Bradlee who has been in the industry for many years. Selecting your Disc Jockey & Master of Ceremonies for your special day is probably the most important decision you will ever make aside from the venue, the cake, the flowers, wedding dress, tuxedos, etc. because the one providing the entertainment on the day of can either ‘make or break’ your reception. We believe that the success at each wedding reception we’ve done was because of the detail and care that we took in assisting in the planning from the initial consultation to our very final meeting where we finalized and fine tuned the last minute details. I remember the planning of my own wedding 2 years ago and how important it was for my wife and I to find a Disc Jockey who can keep the dance floor filled and everyone entertained. Honestly, it’s stressful and the last thing we wanted to do is hire a Disc Jockey that did not 'feel' right for us. Being family oriented, we love working with people! In addition to establishing Mix It Live, Joey Jamias also works professionally with The Pros as a Disc Jockey and MC. Based out of the east coast in Philadelphia and now with two successful branches here in San Diego and Los Angeles, The Pros is the nation's largest and top leading providers of professional DJ, Videography, and Photography for over 25 years. The Pros has branches in over 13 states including California. Joey brings his knowledge and experience working for The Pros as well as his friendly and upbeat attitude; qualities that have made him successful in any event that he has been asked to do whether with Mix It Live or The Pros. Joey is also an accomplished pianist for over 10 years and is available for live piano music during your cocktail hour. Imagine your guests as they gather in the lobby socializing while a tinkling of a live pianist in the background sets the mood prior to the commencement of your wedding reception. Mix It Live also believes in giving back to the community especially for charitable events providing our services on a voluntary level when they are needed.
